First off, was one of two companies who claimed to be 24/7, who actually contacted me on Saturday. Second, they provided options to communicate by text instead of phone. Once on the scene, the technician promptly identified the problem and offered prices that were in line with industry averages (even if they felt high to me as an electrical technician). The office rep quickly got the part in and coordinated with me to make sure I'd get taken care of before an incoming heat wave. I am happy with the price I paid and the service I received. While I hope I don't have another A/C failure, Lighthouse will definitely be the first place I call. Read Less
